How long does it take to process an order?

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Where do you ship?

We ship across Canada, USA, UK, and many other countries worldwide. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, feel free to contact us to confirm shipping availability.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Yes! If you’re located near the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) in Ontario, you can pick up your order. We also offer free next-day delivery within the GTA

Do you provide tracking information?

Absolutely. All our shipments come with tracking numbers, which will be shared with you after checkout and also sent to your email.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are handmade, we do not accept general returns or refunds. We offer size exchanges on eligible dog hats when requested within 7 days of delivery. Custom, personalized, sale and final-sale items are not eligible.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or store credit.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

This rarely happens, but if it does, please email us right away at rama@ohcanine.ca so we can make it right.
