At OhCanine, we want to make sure your order gets to you safely and quickly! Please review our shipping details below:

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• We currently ship across Canada ,U.S and other countries.

• Estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 3–5 business days

• U.S.: 4-7 business days

• Other countries.: 5-10 business days

(Delivery times may vary depending on postal delays, holidays, or customs clearance.)

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

• If you’re located in GTA Ontario, you can select local pickup at checkout to save on shipping. We’ll email you when your order is ready.

• OhCanine is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or packages lost/stolen after delivery.

• If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
