Exchanges
• We do not offer exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at rama@ohcanine.ca with photos. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a store credit.
