All of our products are handmade with love and care, which means each piece is unique. Because of this, we do not accept refunds or returns on handmade items.

• Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges on eligible dog hats. Please contact us at rama@ohcanine.ca within 7 days of delivery. The hat must be unworn, unused, clean and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Custom, personalized, sale and final-sale items are not eligible for exchange.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at rama@ohcanine.ca with photos. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a store credit.
