Shipping policy

At Oh Canine, we want to make sure your order gets to you safely and quickly. Please review our shipping details below.

Processing time
• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• We ship across Canada, the United States, and other countries.
• Estimated delivery times:
  – Canada: 3–5 business days
  – United States: 4–7 business days
  – Other countries: 5–10 business days
• Delivery times may vary because of carrier delays, holidays, or customs clearance.

Order tracking
• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Local pickup
• Customers in the Greater Toronto Area can select local pickup at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready.

Lost or delayed packages
• Oh Canine is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
• If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
