Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items.

-Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
-Items must be unused, clean, free of dog hair, and in original condition.
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
-Any price difference between exchanged items must be paid by the customer.
-Personalized or custom items cannot be exchanged.
-Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll send the replacement.


Please note: For hygiene reasons, items returned with dog hair, odors, stains, signs of wear, or damage will not be eligible for exchange.
